Helping women thrive to change the world

During 2011, I will be partnering with Betsy Stites of Imago Consulting, to continue our research on what "women who thrive" have in common.  What we both do in our work with professionals is see potential where they don't see it themselves.  Our passion is to help you be your absolute best... to shine ... and make a difference.

If you are interested in participating in our research, please e-mail me at diane@bennettcoachingandconsulting.com.
We will share our results with you!

If you're able to be yourself, then you have no competition. All you have to do is get closer and closer to that essence.

1.

KNOW THEMSELVES

They know their greatest strengths, talents and natural abilities; their values and motivators.  They understand how they impact others and make adjustments to best create the image they want to have.
2.

HAVE AND LIVE THEIR PASSION

Women who thrive have taken the time to sift through what inspires them; and they align their work, their time and their energy around it.  They're never willing to sell out.

3.

ADVERTISE WHAT THEY STAND FOR

They articulate their beliefs, positions, hopes and dreams with conviction and confidence.  They are willing to take a stand, even if it's not the most popular one.  And they can do so in a way that inspires others.

4.

DON'T GO IT ALONE

Women who thrive reach out; they build powerful alliances and partnership with those like ... and unlike themselves.  The know nothing can be done solo as powerfully as it can be done together.

5.

ARE OPEN TO NEW VIEWS AND CONTINUOUS ADJUSTMENTS

They keep their eyes up and ears open; and they continue to stay nimble and ready for new ways.

6.

TAKE IMPECCABLE CARE OF THEMSELVES

Women who thrive know they can't give more than they've got.  They've figured out what recharges their battery ... and they make sure to keep it full!
